  6. If you need more dairy in your diet, go with calcium fortified orange juice as a substitute.
  7. Always choose whole grain cereals and breads.
  8. Cantaloupe is and excellent fruit that is low in calories and high in Vitamin C and beta carotene.
  9. If you like yogurt be sure to choose the low fat brands and stay away from the yogurts that are coated with nuts and raisins as they tend to be high in hydrogenated oils and sugar.
  10. If you are a person who loves to snack during the day go for low fat snacks such as pretzels and ginger snaps.
